This briefing is a factual review of procedures for: 1) assessing antidumping duties on wood bedroom furniture, 2) the collection of such duties by Customs and, 3) remedies available to domestic producers and importers who might be dissatisfied with the results of the review.

He has extensive experience in antidumping and countervailing duty matters, and in related proceedings involving unfair or injurious foreign trade practices.
