This webcast focuses on evaluating or analyzing a job from an ergonomics perspective – work task or workstation; provides insight on basic tools and techniques to reveal root cause issues; assists in prioritizing your efforts to maximize time and minimize effort; and walk you through "hands-on" examples of breaking down a job into components and revealing primary ergonomic stressors. Session #2: Developing & Implementing Solutions for Ergonomic Challenges
If you're trying to uncover the root cause to a problem, generate the most effective solution, justify the control, or implement the idea, effort and innovative thoughts are necessary to solve these ergonomic challenges. This 90-minute webcast will help you target key issues with the job, work task or workstation, assist you in developing the most effective solutions to your ergonomics challenges, provide guidance on product selection, utilize in-house resources to generate innovations when possible, navigate the barrage of "ergonomically-designed" paraphernalia in the marketplace, assist with justification techniques and ways to effectively implement the derived solutions. SESSION 2

Anita R. Goehringer is a Certified Industrial Ergonomist and consultant in the field of occupational ergonomics. She is experienced in the development of ergonomics programs and has guided many organizations through a fully integrated process to realize the many benefits of an ergonomics-enriched environment. She has assisted numerous companies with OSHA settlement agreements and has worked with AHFA to develop the voluntary ergonomics guidelines for the furniture industry.
