Roger Urbanski
Roger Urbanski is a Bilingual (German) Executive with over thirty years of transnational trade development, export and import compliance and facilitation and supply-chain management experience. His proven expertise includes managing programs, personnel and budget, building partnerships and implementing global operational and business development. Mr. Urbanski has been involved with importing into and exporting from the United States since beginning his career as a US Customs Inspector in Buffalo, New York in 1971. He was a Senior Import Specialist at the same Port and became a Special Agent in 1975.

Gene Gillespie
Gene Gillespie has over 40 years of experience in the toy and collectible industry worldwide. He worked for the three major toy companies both in the US and overseas leading efforts from concept through consumption. Mr. Gillespie has worked in all facets of manufacturing, warehousing, planning, production and supply chain management exclusive and inclusive of supplier relationships. Mr. Gillespie has been an expert witness in an IPO Class Action Securities lawsuit regarding sourcing in Asia. He has been responsible for the restructuring and strengthening of sourcing offices in Europe as well as Asia. His insights provided the basis for the establishment of consistency and predictability in regional and international operations. Mr. Gillespie lived and worked in Europe for 3 years and Asia for 20 years.
