Succession Planning is the process of putting together a plan for the purpose of identifying and preparing suitable personnel (family and/or staff) to replace key players within an organization as their terms expire. The purpose of succession planning is to continue harmony within the business and family, as well as, ensuring the survival of the business through generations to come.

Dina is the Director of Private Planning Services for the Private Banking and Investment Group at Merrill Lynch for the New York metropolitan area. Prior to joining Merrill Lynch, she was a senior associate at the law firm of Milbank Tweed Hadley & McCloy, LLP in New York where she gained extensive experience in innovative estate planning for wealthy individuals and families, including structuring transactions, drafting and implementation of plans. She also has extensive experience in asset protection planning, probate practice and trust administration, and fiduciary representation. Before joining Milbank, Dina was an associate at the law firms of Brauner Baron Rosenzweig & Klein, LP and Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson, LLP where she also practiced law in the Trusts and Estates groups. Dina holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a J.D. from Yale University.
